3. ADVICE PROVIDED

• PRUDENTIAL AND BROKERS FINANCE is a leading independent broker specialising in the brokerage of private insurance and reinsurance, offering, first and foremost, independent, professional and impartial advice to its clients regarding the insurance of the risks they wish to cover. In this regard, the advice provided is based on an analysis of a sufficient number of insurance policies available on the market for the risks to be covered. Furthermore, during the term of any insurance contracts taken out through its mediation, PRUDENTIAL AND BROKERS FINANCE provides the policyholder, the insured and the beneficiary with any information they may request regarding any of the clauses of the policy in question and, in the event of a claim, will also provide advice.
• In addition, the Company provides consultancy services in the fields of insurance and reinsurance, as well as risk management. The services offered by PRUDENTIAL AND BROKERS FINANCE cover all general insurance and reinsurance products. PRUDENTIAL AND BROKERS FINANCE is not subject to any ties of any kind that could be deemed to favour any insurance company.
• The activities carried out by PRUDENTIAL AND BROKERS FINANCE fall within the scope of Law 26/2006 of 17 July on Private Insurance and Reinsurance Mediation.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All the terms and conditions set out herein shall be governed by Spanish law. PRUDENTIAL AND BROKERS FINANCE and the client, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that might otherwise apply to them, submit to the courts and tribunals of the client’s place of residence for any dispute that may arise from the provision of the services covered by these general terms and conditions. In the event that the client is domiciled outside Spanish territory, PRUDENTIAL AND BROKERS FINANCE and the client submit, expressly waiving any jurisdiction that might otherwise apply to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
